What to include
- A problem with a review: the date of the review and, if you were signed in, the email you signed in with. Please do not paste your essay unless we ask for it.
- A payment or credits: the email you signed in with and the date of the purchase. Never send card numbers.
- Deleting your data: you can delete any review yourself from My reviews. To delete your whole account, email us from the address you signed in with.
